Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Card?
If your Consumer’s Federal Credit Union card is missing or has been stolen, follow these steps immediately:
1️⃣ Report It Right Away – Call us as soon as possible to report your lost or stolen card. We’ll deactivate it to prevent unauthorized transactions.
2️⃣ Monitor Your Account – Keep an eye on your account for any suspicious activity. If you notice unauthorized charges, report them immediately.
3️⃣ Request a Replacement Card – We’ll issue you a new card so you can get back to your normal banking routine.

Compromised Social Security Number?
If you believe your Social Security number has been stolen or misused:
1️⃣ Contact the Credit Bureaus – Place a fraud alert on your credit report by contacting one of the three major credit bureaus:
- Equifax: 1-800-525-6285 | www.equifax.com
- Experian: 1-888-397-3742 | www.experian.com
- TransUnion: 1-800-680-7289 | www.transunion.com
2️⃣ Monitor Your Credit Report – Review your credit reports regularly for unfamiliar accounts or activity.
3️⃣ Report Identity Theft – If you suspect identity theft, report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at www.identitytheft.gov.
4️⃣ Notify the Social Security Administration – If your Social Security number is being misused, contact the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213.
